The Jagger Intimation clearly stated that the proposal of the Unofficial Members was not adopted. I think it is sufficiently explained.
The levelling of the frequently congested area in this busy city is a work of obvious utility.
I am inclined to sanction the vote (Item 30) for lowering Queen's Road West, in the absence of further explanation as to the nature and extent of this proposal.
